Activities
• We have luncheon meetings with a program every month except June, July, and August.

• We publish three newsletters each year.

• We organize day bus trips to historical sites, plays, and other venues.
• Our members act as political liaisons to our local Legislators to express our needs and concerns.
• We participate in volunteer activities including: Salvation Army, Historical Society, and Library Book Drive and more!
• We work through our Memorial Honor Fund ( SSMHF) to provide help to members in need.
• We  honor a member with the John J. Dillon Service Award annually.
• We honor a local school and its staff with the Lauretta Woodson Award annually.

• We recognize a member for their community involvement with the Volunteer of the Year Award.
• We award scholarships to deserving students from the Mifflin County High School.

• We honor deceased members with a contribution to the PASR Honor Fund and hold an annual Memorial Service in the fall.

• We send cards and letters to members in nursing homes or hospitals and visit the members. We send cards to homebound members on their birthdays and gifts at holidays.
